Watch for fake listings
The listing on Walmart is bogus. They will fill your order with a completely different pencil pouch – it is similar but not all black. The bottom edge is not rounded, it is squared off.
The new Walmart Pen+Gear will work but the corners are squared off, not rounded. The size is very close and the designs will work. I’m just not crazy about the squared corners and the light gray trim. The all black just disappears.

8/24/20 I bought a lime green one recently at OfficeMax, now Office Depot. They were $8.50 cents each. They also have them on their website, but you do not get to choose the color.
8/19/20 Staples in Canada had some, but my Staples here in the US did not.
