Got a question?
- Use the Search boxes on this website and on rughookology.com to see if I already answered your question.
- Add a question to the Question icon on the Dashboard. On the first week of the month I look at this area for the Q&A session.

- BEST OPTION: Call me at 419-287-3884 between 10am and 7pm, eastern. If your question is short, you can send a message to that phone number.
- DO NOT send an email unless you don’t expect a response. I will get to them all eventually, but I am usually months behind. Use support@rughookology.com. Remember that I will NOT respond right away.
- Jump on Office Hours (for members of TRHJ) every Tuesday or even one of the free public hook-ins on Wednesday or Saturday. We can’t solve account or financial problems in the hook-ins, but if you have a simple rug hooking question, this might be the best bet if you are not a member.

Cindy, I was a member of the dye course and now it does not show up on my membership page. Is it temporarily down? Thanks,

Hello Cindy,
Hope you are having a wonderful day! I have a suggestion for a class/video topic. I have come into the possession of black walnut dye powder, and I have no idea how to use it. Is it used for toning down for colors for primitive hooking? Do I use it was a dye to simply dye or over-dye wool? How do I store it? And is good for a long period of time? I am experienced with dyeing, over-dyeing, and spot dyeing, but I am struggling to find any info on this topic on the Internet. If this is not a topic you want to consider adding, could you please direct me a place that could provide information on this topic. Thanks,
Rebecca Cook
